Terms and Conditions
General:
• Check-in: from 3 PM
• A Passport (Non-EU citizens) or ID/Driver's Licence (EU citizens) is required from all guests to complete the check-in procedure
• A Debit/Credit Card under the guest's name is required upon arrival (no fee will be charged upfront). If no personal Card details are presented, €30 card deposit is required.
• Age Restrictions: By Irish Regulations, hostels are not allowed to host kids under 8 under any circumstances. Guests between 8 and 17 years old are allowed when accompanied by an adult parent/guardian and cannot share rooms with other guests outside their party.
• For groups of 4 guests or more, a security deposit of €30 per person in one card transaction only is required upon arrival for incidentals/misconduct. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out.
• For groups of 12 guests or more, the security deposit needs to be paid in a payment link which will be sent to you two months before your check-in date, and you will have a maximum of 15 days from the time of its delivery to complete the payment, failing on the deposit payment may cause the cancellation of your reservation; The deposit will be held until the check-out date; it will be non-refundable in case of a cancellation or a modification that reduces the original group size more than 50% within 1 month before the check-in date.
• Payments are taken 2 days before the arrival date (total or partial depending on the rate plan you chose), and no refund will be provided in case of cancellation, no-show, modifications, early check-out, and when policies are not followed.
